The IT Program Manager will lead strategic transformation initiatives and complex programs across multiple projects, managing cost, schedule, quality, risk, communication, and progress. The role includes developing the IT portfolio, steering projects and IT service providers, leading interdisciplinary teams, managing stakeholders, and reporting to top management. It requires a university degree, several years of IT project and program management and change management experience, leadership and project management certification, knowledge of project and IT service management tools, professional German and English, and willingness to travel worldwide.
