SM Energy is hiring an IT Program Manager to lead cross-functional technology and digital initiatives within its Business Improvement Office Execution team. The role owns program delivery strategy, complex enterprise technology initiatives, stakeholder coordination, change management, transition planning, benefits tracking, AI-enabled solutions, and cross-project dependencies. It requires 8–10+ years of experience in program or technology delivery, knowledge of upstream oil and gas technology ecosystems, and experience with enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data platforms, integrations, automation, and advanced analytics. A bachelor's degree, PMP certification, and program or portfolio management experience are preferred. The position offers health care coverage and other benefits.
