Sopra Steria is hiring a senior IT Program Manager to oversee end-to-end complex IT programs in industrial environments, from scoping and requirements through deployment, hypercare, and project closure. The role coordinates infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, workplace, business applications, and industrial IT teams; manages budgets, risks, governance, audits, testing, and stakeholder alignment; and supports transfer to run teams. The position requires a master’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification, at least eight years of IT project-management experience, significant experience leading complex cross-functional programs, and strong English skills.
