The role oversees project and program delivery, portfolio standards, risk and performance management, Agile adoption and coaching, stakeholder communication, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration across geographically dispersed teams. Candidates need 10+ years of IT project or program management experience, strong Agile and Waterfall expertise, leadership experience with matrixed teams, and proficiency with Microsoft Suite, JIRA, and Confluence. The position is based near Irving, Texas or Stamford, Connecticut, with a hybrid work arrangement and a stated base salary range of 108,000 to 148,000 USD.
