Description
The Program Manager will lead a strategic Information Security Modernization Enterprise Network Segmentation program, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, applying Agile/SAFe methodologies, guiding risk mitigation, and engaging executive leaders. The role may oversee very large or complex programs, manage budgets up to $20 million, supervise staff from other IT departments, and support institutional committees and oversight bodies. It requires a master’s degree with at least 10 years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 13 years, or an associate degree with at least 15 years, along with relevant project and program management experience and a current PMP or PgMP certification obtainable within three years of hire.
