Qualcomm is hiring a Staff IT Program Manager to lead its enterprise data transformation and the Enterprise Data Hub initiative. The role owns the strategy, roadmap, governance, delivery, budget, risk, stakeholder engagement, migration, modernization, data products, platform operations, and benefits-realization across business and technology workstreams. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of program or project management experience, and experience with enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, data engineering, governance, and legacy modernization. The position is office-based in San Diego, California, requires onsite work, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
