Description

Spry Methods is seeking an IT Program Manager to serve as the primary contractor point of contact for senior information technology leadership. The role provides strategic and operational leadership for enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives, including portfolio governance, enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, infrastructure operations, data strategy, project planning, resource optimization, and leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams. The position requires TS/SCI clearance eligibility, a Project Management Professional certification, and extensive experience leading IT, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, unified communications, CI/CD, cloud, and data initiatives.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least one year leading and supervising IT, cybersecurity, software engineering, or data and AI workforce teams within the last three years.
Experience briefing CIO and CISO leadership on agency-wide actions within the last five years.
At least two years overseeing personnel responsible for USCYBERCOM, National Manager for National Security Systems, or authorized command authority orders within the last seven years.
At least three years leading teams in classified and unclassified government or private-sector networking and infrastructure environments within the last ten years.
At least three years building, operating, securing, defending, or extending LAN and WAN environments within the last ten years.
At least five years designing, installing, maintaining, or administering unified communications and VTC systems within the last seven years.
At least one year leading teams operating CI/CD pipelines using containerization, micro-segmentation, and Infrastructure as Code within the last three years.
At least two years leading teams migrating legacy systems into multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments within the last five years.
At least two years leading teams developing data lakes or modern data strategy components within the last seven years.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting enterprise IT or cybersecurity programs within DoD or the Intelligence Community.
Experience advising CIO, CISO, or other executive-level technology leadership.
Knowledge of DoD enterprise architecture, zero trust, cloud modernization, cybersecurity workforce, and software modernization initiatives.
Experience with IT portfolio management, acquisition planning, technical debt remediation, and total cost of ownership analysis.
Familiarity with DoDI 8140, the Risk Management Framework, ATO or cATO processes, NIST SP 800-53, DevSecOps, and enterprise data governance.
