Euroclear is hiring an IT Programme Lead to lead and govern a portfolio of strategic Asset Servicing, Tax, and post-trade transformation programmes. The role oversees programme governance, delivery execution, investment management, stakeholder alignment, budgets, risks, vendors, and benefits realization across business, operations, technology, architecture, security, and strategic partners. The initial focus is on the ASMOD programme, with future scope extending to Central Bank Money and Euroclear UK & International initiatives. The role requires 15+ years of financial-services IT leadership experience, extensive programme and portfolio management expertise, experience with large-scale transformation and complex application landscapes, and strong executive communication skills.
