Description
The employer is seeking an experienced IT Project and Delivery Manager to lead business-facing and technology initiatives in a global environment. The role combines project, delivery, program, and Scrum Master responsibilities across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models, covering project planning, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholder communication, production releases, change management, and transition to operations. It requires at least five years of relevant experience, fluency in English, experience with international and multicultural teams, and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project or Project Server, Confluence, and ServiceNow. The position is based in Brazil and is 100% remote, with a PJ employment model.
