Description
The IT Project Coordinator will coordinate international go-live and hypercare activities, support end-user training and operational transition, prepare management reports and presentations, and support test planning and execution using SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, and ServiceNow. The role also involves defect and risk tracking, meeting moderation, and follow-up on action items. Candidates need IT project coordination or management experience, go-live or transition experience, test management knowledge, strong German and English skills, and ideally SAP or ServiceNow experience.
