Description
The IT project coordinator supports medical practices through the initial needs analysis to go-live of tomedo software, managing schedules, technology, teams, hardware, networks, infrastructure, risks, budgets, customer expectations, and communication. The role is available nationwide, typically hybrid with home-office and occasional office or customer-site work, and part-time employment is generally possible with at least 30 hours per week. Candidates should have a baseline IT understanding, ideally Apple ecosystem and software implementation experience, project management and communication skills, customer empathy, and German at C1 level; AI tool experience is welcome.
