Description
The employer is seeking an experienced project manager to lead a complex business-critical system transformation involving modernization, gradual migration from an on-premises environment, requirements work, data migration, risk and change management, and coordination with product owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders. The role is 100% scope, based in Stockholm with a hybrid arrangement requiring 3–4 days onsite, and runs from the start date of 2026-11-02 or by agreement through 2027-10-31 with an extension option. Mandatory experience includes at least five years in complex system development, five years in requirements and change management, two completed data-migration assignments, two public-sector projects, and two recent system-transformation or agile assignments.
