Description
The IT Project Manager I leads enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives, including product launches, application development, systems integration, BPO arrangements, operational improvements, process engineering, and infrastructure upgrades. As an individual contributor managing matrixed teams, the role oversees project lifecycles, SDLC phases, scope, schedules, costs, quality, governance, stakeholder communication, and integrated delivery plans. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or technology, at least three years of IT or project management experience in a multinational organization, and exposure to PMBOK; PMP, PRINCE 2, or CSM certification is desirable.
