The role involves managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables; coordinating meetings and progress; identifying and mitigating risks; translating business needs into technical solutions; ensuring quality and business objectives; and improving project processes. Candidates need more than five years of IT project management experience, including infrastructure, systems, and applications, preferably in insurance, a university degree in a relevant field, and English and Spanish proficiency.
