The role leads IT projects and programs, including PMO structures, interdisciplinary teams, stakeholder communication, risk management, and transformations such as ERP rollouts and digitalization. It requires at least six years of experience in IT project leadership or PMO work, knowledge of Waterfall and agile methods, ERP or IT infrastructure experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and German and English proficiency.
