Description

ECI Group is hiring a contract IT Project Manager in Houston to lead Shell's Crude Data Exchange Phase 2 programme. The role manages delivery of an Azure Databricks-based data platform, migration and modernisation of legacy crude trading data, programme governance, stakeholder engagement, risk and dependency analysis, and measurable business value. It requires extensive experience with crude and products trading, ETRM platforms, Azure Databricks, enterprise data migration, cloud transformation, and senior stakeholder management, with a mandatory US citizenship or permanent US residency requirement.
