Description
The IT Project Manager I supports organization transformation, continuous improvement, automation, and AI initiatives by managing projects from initiation through closeout. Responsibilities include defining objectives and success criteria, identifying stakeholders and requirements, developing project plans, coordinating teams, monitoring risks and budgets, and reporting progress. The role reports to the Director - Business Transformation, requires on-site presence at the corporate office in Brookfield, Wisconsin four to five days per week, and offers medical, dental, and vision benefits beginning the first day of the month following hire.
