Interactive Brokers is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end Customer Integration initiatives and complex technology projects for large institutional clients. The role involves designing project-tracking workflows, managing delivery plans and status reporting, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, gathering requirements, developing and overseeing Statements of Work, serving as the primary client contact, resolving complex client requests, analyzing feedback, and mitigating project risks. Candidates need IT project management experience, strong communication, analytical and quantitative abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint, and familiarity with or willingness to learn SQL, Jira, and Confluence. The position uses a hybrid work model requiring three office days per week and includes medical and life insurance.
