Interactive Brokers is seeking an IT Project Manager to own Customer Integration initiatives and lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects for large institutional clients. The role manages project workflows, plans, status reporting, client relationships, requirements discovery, Statements of Work, cross-functional implementation, risk escalation, and process improvements. Candidates need IT project management or comparable technology experience, strong communication and analytical skills, Microsoft application proficiency, and familiarity with SQL, Jira, or Confluence.
