StandardAero is hiring an IT Project Manager in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on a hybrid basis. The role leads the full lifecycle of complex technology initiatives across Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies, translating business needs into project plans, managing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication, and supporting project handovers and continuous improvement. Candidates must have at least five years of IT project management or project leadership experience, relevant post-secondary education, business analysis and change management experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with project management tools; international travel of up to 20% is required.
