Description
Umpisa Inc. is hiring an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology project delivery using Agile (including Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies. The role plans, executes, monitors, and closes projects; manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, documentation, governance, and stakeholder communications; coordinates cross-functional technical and business teams; and improves delivery processes and pipelines. A bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of IT project, delivery, or program management experience are required, while relevant project management certifications and familiarity with SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD are preferred.
