The employer is seeking an IT Project Manager – Digitization for permanent employment in the Greater Heidelberg area. The role supports IT and digitization initiatives by analyzing and structuring business processes, translating requirements into process diagrams and technical specifications, modeling and improving processes, supporting requirements and quality assurance, moderating workshops, and coordinating between business units, IT, and digitization projects. Candidates should have IT-related training or a degree in an IT or business field, familiarity with process-modeling tools, and ideally at least three years of experience analyzing and optimizing business processes.
