ELVTR is hiring a remote, full-time IT Project Manager to own the delivery mechanics of internal software projects from stakeholder intake through release, rollout, adoption, and ongoing support. The role coordinates engineers and business stakeholders, maintains project plans in tools such as Asana, clarifies requirements and acceptance criteria, manages risks and change requests, supports user acceptance testing, and escalates blockers. Candidates need 2–4 years of software project management experience, strong Ukrainian and English communication skills, experience with distributed engineering teams, and technical fluency covering APIs, QA, deployments, databases, and incidents.
