Artech is hiring a Global Financial Crimes Delivery Manager in Jersey City, New Jersey, to oversee feature delivery teams and manage technical software, infrastructure, data migration, and cloud-native implementation projects. The role focuses on tracking decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and project progress; maintaining JIRA; improving backlog readiness; partnering with product, operations, compliance, and technology teams; and using SQL and data analysis to support delivery decisions. Candidates need at least 10 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technical delivery/project management support, along with experience in financial crimes, sanctions, AML, compliance technology, or transaction screening, plus strong Agile/Scrum experience.
