Arηs Group is hiring an IT Recruitment Officer to support the resourcing of private- and public-sector IT projects, with a strong focus on Java and business intelligence profiles. The role involves coordinating with business, sales, and delivery managers; sourcing candidates; screening and interviewing applicants; organizing HR events; maintaining a talent network; developing a pipeline of available talent; and managing candidate communications. Candidates need a university degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of recruitment experience, and fluent English, with Dutch and French advantageous.
