The IT Recruitor will be responsible for sourcing top IT talent to expedite clients' information technology projects in Canada, filling permanent positions, consulting mandates, and executive roles. This includes contributing to candidate databases, conducting various interview formats, preparing candidate presentations, ensuring continuous follow-ups, coaching candidates, coordinating client interviews, checking references, presenting job offers, developing strong professional relationships, and collaborating with the team.
