Sopra Steria is hiring an IT Requirements Manager to strengthen its Public Sector team and support federal-level digitalization projects for ministries and authorities. The role covers requirements gathering, analysis, modeling, prioritization, quality assurance, governance, and coordination across business, IT, architecture, project management, and external stakeholders, with involvement in initiatives such as OZG, register modernization, E-Akte, VBS, and DMS. The position is project-based throughout Germany and may be performed in the office, at customer premises, or from home.
