Description
Rabobank is seeking an IT Resilience Manager to join its Sydney-based Security & Control function. Reporting to the Senior Manager, COO Risk & Control, the role provides Line 1 IT resilience risk expertise across IT disaster recovery and business continuity, identifies critical dependencies and vulnerabilities, supports resilience assessments and risk treatment, and helps strengthen operational resilience, governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The position requires demonstrated IT disaster recovery experience, knowledge of business continuity and technology risk, familiarity with regulatory requirements including CPS 230, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
