Nebius is hiring an IT Risk & Controls Manager to serve as an embedded risk partner for engineering and technology organizations. The role will scale and strengthen IT SOX and controls frameworks across the company’s AI cloud platform, infrastructure, corporate technology environment, and systems supporting financial reporting. Responsibilities include risk assessment, control design and ownership, SOX readiness, remediation oversight, third-party assurance review, and collaboration with engineering, finance, security, and external auditors. The position requires at least eight years of progressive experience in IT risk, controls, SOX, technology assurance, or IT audit, along with meaningful in-house technology experience and knowledge of modern cloud and DevOps environments. Base compensation is $120,000–$180,000 USD.
