Molson Coors is hiring an IT Rotational Program Professional in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for a structured two-year rotational program within its Global Enterprise Modernization initiative. The role coordinates day-to-day IT program activities across commercial, brewery, supply chain, finance, and corporate functions; maintains schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, documentation, and governance; supports status reporting and implementation readiness; and collaborates with IT program managers, project managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and workstream leads. The position reports to the Enterprise Architect and requires a bachelor’s degree in a technology field or equivalent project or program management experience, along with strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and learning skills. The posting salary range is $58,700 to $77,100, with a 10% target short-term incentive and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement matching, wellness incentives, and paid time off.
