A & Associates is hiring a mid-level IT Scrum Master in Dallas, Texas for a contracted role. The position serves as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum or Kanban teams, facilitating Agile events, removing impediments, improving team maturity and delivery predictability, and supporting continuous improvement. The role requires at least five years of Scrum Master experience in complex IT environments, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field, and certification such as CSM or PSM, with strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Agile metrics, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
