Description
The IT Scrum Master will support the Missile Defense Agency on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions contract by partnering with the Release Train Engineer, establishing and maturing SAFe and Agile practices, coaching technical teams, managing sprint metrics and impediments, coordinating cross-team dependencies, and integrating IT service delivery and cybersecurity compliance into the Agile workflow. The role is onsite and hybrid in Colorado Springs or Huntsville, requires a DoW Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a DoW Top Secret clearance, and pays $110,000–$140,000 annually.
