Description
Mindlance is hiring two Scrum Masters to serve as servant-leaders for software development teams, coaching teams in Scrum and Agile practices, removing impediments, facilitating ceremonies, supporting Product Owners, and coordinating with stakeholders and project managers. The role requires at least five years of Scrum Master experience, five years of software development experience, and three years of experience managing customer expectations, schedules, reporting, and change management. The preferred location is Southlake, with an on-site four-days-per-week schedule.
