apetito is hiring a permanent IT Security Compliance Officer at its Rheine site to coordinate group-wide information-security and cybersecurity initiatives in alignment with the Group CISO. The role develops security standards, assesses IT risks, leads GRC and security projects, manages awareness and training, and monitors regulatory and market developments. Candidates should have IT-specialist or computer-science training, several years of cybersecurity experience, preferably ISO-27001 and GRC experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and excellent German and English proficiency. The position offers flexible working hours, the ability to work from home, and regular international subsidiary visits.
