Description
LichtBlick is hiring a permanent IT Security Manager to lead and develop its IT Security team and strategy. The role covers security architecture, vulnerability analysis, incident response, compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and NIS-2, risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, KPI reporting, vendor management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The position is remote within Germany with planned on-site presence in Hamburg for team events and coordination meetings, and is available part-time or full-time. Candidates need a relevant degree, strong IT Security expertise, technical leadership ability, and knowledge of EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR, firewall, SaaS, PaaS, and hybrid-environment security architectures.
