Description
The client in Cologne is seeking an IT Service & Support Engineer to configure and operate complex WAN, LAN, WLAN, and BLE networks using Aruba and HPE components, provide remote, telephone, and on-site support, analyze and resolve infrastructure issues, expand services, document applications, conduct quality reviews, and collaborate with product owners and business departments. The role requires network-device experience, network-troubleshooting skills, knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing, strong communication skills, and very good German with good English. It is project-based employment.
