Description
The PKI Lab IT Analyst supports customer laboratory IT environments integrated with instrumentation, including Windows-based desktop platforms, networking, security, software distribution, hardware onboarding and retirement, and technical troubleshooting. The role also manages equipment inventories, escalates unresolved issues, supports field service engineers, and prepares weekly reports. It requires an associate degree or relevant industry experience and one year of deskside experience; scientific instrumentation and life-science experience are preferred.
