Explorers Early Learning is hiring an IT Service Delivery Manager to lead IT service delivery across its Melbourne centre network and Support Office. The role owns helpdesk, incident, request, problem and change management; service-level reporting; a small IT support team; vendor and managed service provider relationships; core business systems; endpoint security; technology readiness for new centres; and continuous improvement. The position requires experience in IT service delivery or operations, multi-site support, vendor management, and ITSM practices, along with a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience. ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
