Description
The IT MOS Service Delivery Manager owns end-to-end manufacturing systems service processes and workflows for Assembly & Test Operations and MOS environments. The role standardizes factory-facing processes and services across global sites, translates manufacturing needs into business and system requirements, leads change management and incident readiness, and maintains service KPIs, compliance, and audit readiness. It supports MES, planning and scheduling, quality control, SECS/GEM, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Fusion EBR, SysAid, and SharePoint, and requires manufacturing operations experience, process re-engineering, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
