PersonalEXTRA GmbH is hiring three IT Service / First Level Support employees in Lemwerder. The role supports employees through first-level IT support, handles phone and written requests, documents incidents, manages clients, assists with IT systems, and communicates with users and internal IT departments. Candidates need technical or commercial vocational training, IT knowledge, and a service-oriented approach; IT training, client management, and IT service experience are advantageous. The position starts immediately, offers 35–40 hours per week Monday to Friday, and is open to male, female, and non-binary applicants.
