Description
The ITSM Platform Developer / Administrator will own the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Freshservice while expanding capabilities into ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB. The role includes building service catalogs, APIs, integrations, automation, asset and infrastructure workflows, monitoring orchestration, dashboards, CMDB data models, and governance practices. It requires a college degree or equivalent, at least six years of related experience, strong technical knowledge, team leadership, documentation, communication, travel, and on-call availability.
