Eccera is hiring an IT Service Manager for a Swedish technology and defense company in Solna. The role plans, coordinates, and develops IT delivery; supports budgeting; oversees operational activities, maintenance, quality, cost, and performance; identifies risks and improvement opportunities; and coordinates stakeholders. The position seeks someone with IT service management or coordinating experience, experience with IT deliveries and maintenance, risk management and improvement work, structured follow-up, agile methods, and Swedish and English communication skills.
