Eccera is hiring an IT Service Manager for a Swedish technology and defense company in Linköping. The role plans, coordinates, and develops IT delivery; supports service owners with budgets; oversees operational activities, maintenance, quality, cost, and performance; identifies risks and improvement opportunities; and coordinates stakeholders. The position requires experience in IT service management, delivery coordination, maintenance, risk management, quality and performance follow-up, agile methods, and communication in Swedish and English.
