HSBC is hiring an IT Service Owner in Kraków to own the end-to-end delivery, support, performance, governance, compliance, resilience, and continual improvement of assigned applications, services, and infrastructure. The role coordinates IT controls, risk readiness, major incidents, change readiness, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and stakeholder escalation, and requires at least five years of relevant IT experience, strong ITIL and governance knowledge, and practical experience with Windows, Linux, or databases. It is a permanent full-time specialist role based at Kapelanka 42a with two office days per week, with a gross monthly salary of 15,109 PLN to 22,658 PLN and healthcare and other benefits.
