The role serves as the central interface between IT Service, Information Security, and business areas, managing incidents and vulnerabilities, developing an ISO 27001 ISMS, leading IT and security projects, supporting changes and service-process optimization, and consulting business units on secure-by-design approaches. It requires several years of IT Service or ISMS experience with a focus on IT Security, knowledge of vulnerability and IT risk management and ISO 27001, familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and modern workplace solutions, plus strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
