Description
The employer is hiring several IT Service Technicians for 2nd Level Support in Hannover. The role supports the complete IT environment, including Windows, Mac, and CAD; provides in-person and remote support; repairs devices; installs and configures operating systems and software; and sets up IT components during moves. The position is initially temporary with an option for permanent employment and requires relevant IT training, hardware and software troubleshooting experience, knowledge of Windows, Mac, and CAD, German proficiency, and a class B driver’s license.
