SECUSTAFF GmbH is seeking an IT Service Technician to work for a client in Hamburg. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software; analyzing IT disruptions; supporting IT inquiries; developing solutions; managing escalations; and documenting work. The assignment is full-time, temporary staffing or employee leasing for six months with an option for permanent hire, and starts ASAP. Candidates need technical training or prior IT support experience, Windows knowledge, networking experience, German and English skills, a class B driver’s license, and willingness to undergo SÜ2 security clearance.
