Citi is hiring a full-time IT Site Support Engineer to maintain and support Windows workstation infrastructure for approximately 200 users and 250 desktops and laptops at Citibank Ukraine. The role provides day-to-day technical support, hardware lifecycle management, application support for Windows 11 and Office 365, incident resolution, patching, and coordination with regional teams. Candidates need a higher professional degree in a technical field, fluent Ukrainian, intermediate English, and knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows technologies; prior IT experience and relevant certifications are desirable.
