Description
The Search Solution Architect will serve as the primary technical expert for the Coveo platform, managing integrations across a client’s CX ecosystem and designing search, recommendations, and personalization strategies. The role includes integration governance, Coveo configuration and optimization, relevance tuning and machine learning model governance, A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and search analytics reporting. It requires 5 years of software engineering or IT architecture experience, including 3 years focused on Coveo, along with experience in Java, Python, or Node.js, cloud and container technologies, and B2B eCommerce search and recommendations. The position is based in Radnor, Pennsylvania, with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days in the office, and lasts 12 months.
