Description
The IT Software Developer- Associate will research, design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software systems for client requirements. Responsibilities include preparing user instructions, developing approved programming solutions, managing production change control, reviewing user stories, documenting and testing designs, resolving tickets, and communicating project status. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of relevant work experience, and strong programming, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; ITIL certification is preferred.
